Several years ago, selling my parents home after their passing, it bothered me that there didn’t seem to be a way to distinguish their home from the cookie-cutter houses in their 55+ Florida community. After 38 years, they had enhanced their home with a myriad of unique upgrades that just couldn’t be appreciated in a static slide show on the realtor’s MLS web site.

On a trip several years later, I saw that my wife’s casual videos using her cell phone were of equal quality to those I recorded with my expensive camera. She was able to frame, steady, and shoot great scenes inside and out.

It struck me, “Why couldn’t anyone with any level of cell-video experience do the same within their own home?”
